We don't need another reminder that Will Smith slapped Chris Rock. But I very much appreciated this take from Kareem. He put into words what so many who saw the event felt.

The Creator Economy, Building a Personal Moat and Mental Health Stack w/ Alex Lieberman
Official (Boring) Description: Trey Lockerbie invites back the Co-Founder and Executive Chair of MorningBrew, Alex Lieberman. Alex discusses his foray into the creator economy, angel investing and building a personal moat. They also explore his journey with mental health and how it’s inspired him to launch a new podcast on the subject.
Non-Official Justin Description: I loved this episode because Alex talks about building a brand without sounding like a douchebag. Plus, I tweeted Alex about the episode and he responded. So he’s cool in my book.
Different Surprise
I’ve finally perfected my morning smoothie recipe. I call this “The Grimace”:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup protein oat milk (I call this “pr-oat milk” every morning thinking it will get a laugh from my wife but somehow she fails to see the humor)
1/4 cup raw almonds
68g protein blend
1 oz beef liver
10g collagen
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp lemon juice
5g creatine (I use Naked Creatine)
5g magnesium
I drink it almost every morning. Just an FYI, it’s like 900 calories lol. You can’t even taste the liver.
